"Students in this course have a far better chance of being hired quickly because they not only learn industry knowledge, but they gain tool skills to actually create and publish, from concept to final hard copy or online format. It's like knowing how to rebuild a car engine -- all the in's and out's of how a car engine works -- but not having a tool box with a wrench, screwdriver, pliers, and sparkplugs inside. What good would that do anyone?" - Student evaluation from Technical Writing Certificate - Basic
